    Just took a physical test for a police dept. smoked the vertical, push-ups and sit-ups. 1.5 mile was 9:58, needed to get under 12:53. Pretty happy on the running part considering I haven't really been running, just lifting

    ok since everyone, even SHARI posted A BI i felt obligated to. Now i will say, i hate my arms. I have zero peak and they just what i call blob. This is a FRESH AM FLEX not an inflated after gym flex lol. Why not 2 pictures hahaha
