Cleghorn Trail Meet - December 19th 2009

Yeah it's pretty windy here right now. I'm 15 minutes away. It should be dry and (if any) snow should be gone, I hope. Still kind of scarred from being stuck at Cleg at like 1:00am with my buddy pulling me up Driving backwardsto the 1/4 mile to the first tower. Lol we should be good for tomorrow.

 

Yea I'd be scarred too. Lol. Don't let the experience stop you from ever doing anything again though. My first time on the bypasses was at 900pm, with pitch darkness, on top of a thick ass layer of fog, and my wife
screaming in the passenger seat cuz she thought we were going to "fall off the cliff". See ya guys tomorrow, should be hella fun!

 

^ No go for me.....Co-Worker came in @ 5:40ish from the field and said she can't. She rather have the time off and not come in @ 8am. . .

I can't call out either because they know. . .

I haven't even really washed my truck in detail because I knew it was about to be dirty. . .

Just got back 10 minutes ago, what an amazing trip, specially for those who hit up all the bypasses. Im proud to say I actually hung in there with the 4xs. There was many challenging parts, quite a few tripod situations, and an incident where my truck couldve very easily flipped, all went well though and Im glad we all got home safe with no broken parts. Great run guys, we'll definitely have to do this again!
