Watched a movie with the Gf last night and at the end john cena makes a cameo, I told my Gf it'll take a lot of time but I'll get that big. She laughed, but really she don't know. I'm gonna get there one way or another.... Except taller, he's a couple inches shorter than me

    Hey guys,
Have been reading this thread but haven't posted. Seems like good motivation. Been lifting consistently now for a few months in addition to running and cycling. Been losing a good amount of weight (about 40 pounds) since January, now weigh about 235, 6'2". My weight has really plateued and I'm frustrated. Most "diets" I've seen are pretty cumbersome and I have a hard time actually eating all the calories it recommends; that being said, I currently feel starving at night and sometimes wake up in the middle of the night to eat because I can't sleep.

Anyway, anyone mind posting/sharing a good/decent diet plan? Meal planning for a week is fine. I really just need someone to say: eat this at this time, etc. and I'll do it. Main goal is cutting weight, aiming for about 200-210.

    Thanks in advance guys...

I know this isn't what you asked for but it's what the rock does.... If you take it down a couple thousand calories it could be helpful.

Thanks for the response...but, HOLY SHIT! There's no way in hell I could consume that much in a day. Definitely good food choices. I need to become rich/famous and have a personal chef.

    Morning (wake up around 6):
    2 eggs, scrambled
    1 piece of ezekiel bread
    banana or grapes or orange

    Mid morning (1030 or so):
    Another piece of fruit
    few pieces of beef jerky

    Lunch:
Tuna (1-2 small cans), no mayo; mixed with mustard/salt/pepper/+/-pickles
    Piece of fruit
Small salad with veggies; lemon/lime juice for dressing

Dinner: less control (wife cooks dinners; but eats healthy generally speaking)
    Good amount of protein (tilapia/steak/chicken)
    Veggies 1-2 cups
    Quinoa or sometimes rice

Not exactly what I eat everyday but gives a close representation. I logged a few days on myfitnesspal and it comes in around 1200-1500kcal/day, which I know is low. I feel that once I start adding more, the weight starts increasing so it scares me.

Something crazy like 5,560 calories a day haha, that's not including protein shakes. Yeah he's a beast for sure. I bet if you took 3 of these meals a day it'd be more in your wheel house
