    1200 a day is ridiculously low in my opinion especially for your size. i think the reason you stopped losing weight is because your metabolism is shot. what i would suggest on doing is finding out what your maintenance (TDEE) is at and start working your way up there slowly. add a small meal or two and take some whey protein. you probably won't like it because you might gain some weight but i think it'll be better for the long run. after your body recovers, then you can start losing weight at a safer deficit.

    Can't do deads at planet fitness. Not because they don't allow it, but because there are no free weights other than Dumbbells. That only go up to 60 lbs. how the hell am I supposed to get a pump in this place?

    1200 a day is crazy low. If you're active, you should be able to eat 2000 a day and still be able to shed some weight. If not, up the intensity and burn more calories. Do you have any energy at all at 1200 cals?

    Also, if you want to feel fuller longer, eat more protein. Protein (supposedly) fills you up quicker and longer.
