Fell off the wagon tonight, not that I was on it long though...went and got Mexican and they had cheap margaritas. Had 2. Came home for a monopoly battle (I know, real raging Saturday night stuff) and continued drinking honey bourbon. Then the wife made funfetti cake, but decided to make them into mini cupcakes. I've had 5 :anonymous:

    Dude...
Yesterday, Steak 'n Shake triple cheeseburger, cheese fries, milk shake

Today, hotel breakfast of omelette, sausage links, Canadian bacon
Cracker Barrel sunrise sampler (scrambled eggs with cheese, sausage, bacon, ham, 3 biscuits)
Dinner was Steak 'n Shake again. Double this time instead of triple.

Gas station sammich after my workout at planet fuckness.

So, next week I'm just gonna not eat all week

Spent the last few days in Watercolor, doubt any of you know what that is unless you live in the Panhandle. Only gains I made were in the food department.

Damn, this thread blew up yesterday! We hung out at the pool all day yesterday. I drank a couple (dozen) Michelob Ultras...I think they're like 95 calories. Everything was good until someone ordered pizza :anonymous:

Love shrugs. Do u even trap?

It makes your muscles hold more water, so if you're into that sort of thing, then yeah.

I dunno why people hate on shrugs. They're great for isolating the traps. I do a variation of them on every shoulder day.

I like this. Each week we can have a featured muscle. So this week is quads?

Aww c'mon. I got my Calvin Klien undies out and everything :pout:

^^^this. Eating that low, your body thinks you're starving, so it's gonna hold on to all the weight it can. If you upped your calories to a more healthy deficit, your body will let go of that added weight. Check out http://whataremymacros.com/ and it'll tell you exactly how much to eat to lose weight
