Hi Blue, sorry to here about that work drama BS. Very happy to hear you and wife got to enjoy some time relaxing and enjoying life. I am not an expert on anything but try to remember what you went threw this week was just as hard on her as it was you. Lost my dad 3 years ago this July and from the day he found out he had cancer till the day I lost him I was there 24/7. 5 months and 3 weeks of watching a man who was not just my dad but also my best friend going down hill was so hard. Trying to keep him happy and positive while I was crying inside really took a toll. I will never forget that time we got to spend together thou. He even said words to me I didn't even know he knew, he said Thank You !! LOL. Being there was hard but not being there for him would have been harder.
With that being said maybe you can understand why your post really hit me hard this week and why I felt so much joy with the out come. I am so happy for you and your wife right now but keeping you both in my thoughts and prayers. Life is gift my friend so please enjoy it !!

I have had to watch my lawn slowly die this year, 6 years of drought and they tell us to not water the grass. I have dirt. Looks great:(

Very good info. Thank you for this. It's funny you mention it about the fuel pump. He has gone through a couple however, he says it sounds so cool when he hits the pump switch before he starts it. People notice something is going happen before it does.

    Good morning all.

So many things to respond to.

Fishing sucked yesterday. And I enjoyed every second of it. Vegetation has not grown in on this lake so they are very deep right now. Windy but not unbearable.
I hate k and n wet filters. So many issues at the shop with them. BUT, I do run a dry one in my sportster.
Thanks for sharing your story Miccoma.
Sometimes I run my push mower on the whole lawn instead of just my push areas. Yea good exercise.
Blue, your getting it from all sides man. So sorry.
    Dealing with people sucks....

Might get some hydro seed today. Need to repair a bunch of skunk ruined lawn. Grub hunting in my neighborhood has destroyed entire sections of lawn.
At least I have a somewhat of a lawn compared to some of you........
Few more weeks till vacation. I gotta hold on... Lol. :annoyed::annoyed::annoyed::boom::goingcrazy::lalala:

And it's a spectacular day here on the Front Range of the Rockies. I had planned on doing some trap shooting today, but the forecast is for winds approaching 50mph later. So much for THAT idea!
I just can't go to the basement to work on carving holster leather, though. I need the sunshine.

Trying to replace a clutch on my '94 Miata. Second weekend, and the transmission still isn't out. Most of the bolts on this thing haven't been touched in 22 years, and in spite of liberal amounts of penetrating oil, I've snapped a couple off. Man, my shoulders hurt this morning. Thankfully, the jack handle makes a perfect cheater bar.

I sandblasted the cast iron differential spacer, primed and hand painted it (no spray cans), so at least one part will look new underneath there! No one will ever see it, but it makes me feel better.

Nice Chris, hope you didn't stress the shoulder doing that.

Got the fender core re-weled by a local TWer, love this site, I have met a lot of great people here.
It looks better and is stronger than new
