    My traps are big and strong enough from the heavy Deadlifts and other stuff i do. I don't need them any bigger or stronger and i find that most people think heavy is the way to go which its not. i Find its a waste personally. IF you do heavy wide grip snatch pulls on the smith, narrow high pulls and regular width high pulls you will actually get a way better well rounded interaction

    Extremely crazy traps can only be :thumbsup:attained by those genetics which so few are lucky, s.o.b.'s... or 'da juice.. trap development definitely gets going with all the lifts listed above...but isolation moves are fun!! So I think, shrug on! Concentration curl you're heart out.. same with leg extensions for that matter..:hattip:

    So I got some stuff going on at night this week and we fly to Atlanta Friday night. I will try to workout in the mornings from Monday to Friday this week so I don't miss any workouts. Gonna take Mr Hyde for a little bit of help :D. I'm kinda excited to go to work all hyped up on pwo lol.
