I've secretly been waiting for them to come out, kinda funny how they just got released right after a HUGE OME group buy.

"The shocks have two dials on the shock bodies that are used to separately adjust the compression and rebound dampening. "

Haven't seen that on other coilovers.

One or two things modded... Check out the build thread
They are going after 2 completely different market segments. Can't really compare the new OME to king or any other big name coilovers. Not apples to apples.

Btw, these have been "in testing" overseas for well over a year. So they are already proven. But still homework is needed. Awful to spend for a mall crawler. But heck I see kings and a shit to of icons on mall crawlers.

Lol I just like giving @justinalldredge19 a hard time because I'm trying to make him buy King's with me, but since he is now putting an OME kit I guess that's out the door..

Slowly but surely getting parts in. I have my ECGS Bushing, carrier bearing, u-bolts/plates, leaf spring bushings. Leaf springs SHOULD be in today and brake lines later this week...need to do some modding.

I still have no idea what the ecgs bushing is needed for, or if I'll need one or not.

I did order the poly carrier bearing though.

Do you happen to know if the carrier bearing provides any drop? I haven't looked at installing it just yet, but wondering if it's just going to be a simply plug and play kind of thing to replace the oem.

From what I read, you have to put a make shift metal plate on top of it because it's actually a carrier for a Ford ranger. Pretty simple.

As for weather it provides any drop, I believe it does, but I'll know for sure when I get it and can compare it to mine.
