That Toyota OEM Entune Premium Nav radio really came in handy!

 

@tomwil it really does! I use to use my phone for nav now Google maps has caught the dumb and never knows where I am or which way I'm driving. It lags like 5 miles behind when it does figure it out. But the Toyota nav unit has been on point since I got it. It might take longer paths but its right on when I choose to ignore a turn.

 

How did you get the Toyota Nav system in there I got a 2015 trd off road and only get maps when I have hd signal and it's not really a gps

 

It came with the truck. I think it's an add-on feature. I think there is Entune, Entune Premium with Nav, and than the Entune JBL with the sub.

 

Oh ok what year is your truck is it trd off road or sport

 

It's a 2015 DCSB OffRoad with the V6 and a 6Spd I was lucky enough to find it at the dealership by me even fell in love with the color as soon as I saw it.

 

Yours is the only one i've seen that color.

 

Power washer for over an hour, everywhere.

 

I've seen them around not sure if any of them are on here though. I haven't seen many manuals around in pyrite mica though

 

Did you use any cleaner like "engine degreaser" or purple power before power washing?

 

Nah, it was mainly dust/dirt so I just washed for a while. Kept the motor running, use low pressure, stayed away a little so I reduced risk of damaging anything. I need to go through it througly on a weekend day and detail it.

 

Leave engine running to reduce risk of CEL's and keeping water from getting in stuff?

 

I do. Not sure if it makes a difference, just what I've read through the years.

 

I kept mine running, sprayed the engine and engine bay with Simple Green then washed it with a water hose. I let run for about 10mins after to let it dry.

 

Detail mine while your at it. It'll bring back the feeling of owning a Tacoma without the pesky payments

 

Check out this dark green 68 fastback. 427ci stroked small block with a Tremec TKO 5 speed trans. Wilwood disc all around. He built a modern version of the famous Bullitt stang. Some of the younger guys on here may not know about that movie. Bad ass car!
