What started as replacing the hubs has turned into refurbish and clean everything...

Have to repaint a few components as well. New England weather doesn't like vehicles.

Busy weekend! Changed oil using Mobil 1 0w-20 & Toyota filter then so.how got suckered in to helping pick up a pool my sister found on Craigslist. She didn't tell me we'd have to tear it down first! Lol. Also un plastidipped my center caps!

I did both. Had the noodles lying around so I stuck them in before I sealed the tubes.

It's very simple, there are a couple of threads on here already, the hardest part for me was deciding where to mount the switch. This switch is very flush and allowed it to be installed on the radio bezel and not interfere with removing the A/C Control Panel. I double checked by adding several thicknesses of blue painter's tape to the area where I wanted to install the switch just to make sure.

To wire it to the garage door remote all that I did was make a pigtail of two wires off of the switch into two bayonet splices so that I could remove the radio bezel if I wanted to. Then ran two wires from the pigtail bayonet splices across to that useless bin by the driver side door. I left plenty of slack in the wire, maybe 18-24 inches, opened up the casing on the garage door opener remote and soldered the wires to the backside of the switch, wrapped up the excess wire into a circle, secured with zip ties, and placed the remote guts in the now useful bin. Now if you need to get to the remote to change the battery or if something in the 'system' fails there is very quick and easy access to it.

If pictures are needed I can take some pictures this evening.
