Welp. Just got insulted at the gym. Was doing some squats and was in the zone as usual with the headphones in. A guy comes over and gets my attention. I take my headphones out and he said "are you training for the crossfit world championship?" :bananadead:

Lol - he clearly didn't know what he was saying to me was such an insult so I let it slide.

He also complimented my truck so I'll call it a wash...

So yesterday my nephew and I were doing "football trick shots." He's 10 and has been watching all those trick shot videos on his iPad for like the past year. He has a trampoline with the netted walls around it, so we started out just throwing the football up over the walls onto the trampoline. Naturally, we got bored with it fast and ol uncle Zach had to up the ante. I decided to start throwing over the house trying to ring the trampoline. It's about a 50-60 yard throw and you have to get it about 30-40 yards high to clear the house. After about 6-7 throws, my shoulder was screaming. Of course, I kept going until about 20 throws when I realized I was probably gonna tear something, so I stopped. We filmed every throw, too, but none were successful :pout:

I know most of you do meal prep. Would one of you be kind enough to give me some ideas on what foods you usually eat.

Did chest and tri's today. Felt pretty good but my upper back is tight as Fuck. Also did 95 lb shrugs :D I've been trying to bring my bench up. I have normally just been stepping 135 (so sad) but today I stepped it up and repped 165. It felt good and I think I can hit 185 soon.
