    Most common foods I prep are:

    Meats/protein:
    Ground Turkey, Chicken, Tilapia, Salmon, Elk, Deer, egg whites, turkey bacon/real bacon(sometimes - because it is heaven)

    Veggies:
    Bell peppers, jalapenos, green beans, zucchini, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower

    Carbs:
    Brown rice, sweet potato, baby reds, whole wheat pasta

    IS so over rated. There is actually allot of studies that shows brown rice actually inhibits absorption of specific nutrients and also causes GI issues. I know for me..... if i had to each as much brown as i do white id be on the Sh!tter way more with cramps etc

    works for me but I don't eat it THAT much. I much prefer sweet potatoes/pasta. I like to switch it up :)

    Have you tried to do zucchini noodles??? Thats my go to for low carb meals - makes me feel like im still eating carbs :) ...spiralize them...toss em in a pan for a few minutes with some olive oil/coconut oil and some seasonings...soooooo goood:drool:

    I need to get my diet sorted a little better right now. I'm only 5# down but i gained a good almost 2 inches back on my legs now that I'm working them again.... that whole just loosing weight by the scale thing is hard to get away from. I have some good lighting now to keep things consistent ( yeah that @zacharypaul89 kinda lighting) so ill be able to keep track of progress visually

    Not a big zucchini fan (or fan of any vegetable really) but I will give it a try. My cravings for carbs are long gone at this point but damn do sweet potatoes taste good.

    Definitely easy to fall victim to the numbers game. I lost a lot of muscle doing that!

    Also, I tried chubbies @zacharypaul89. My legs were too big for them...yes, yes, I know, I have now become the type of person that I previously complained about.
