I see you're a Kyle fan, and I'm by no means bashing him...but if Kyle does that he will legit be a huge hypocrite. That was racing, gave him the ol bump n run. It'd be nice to see the 3 in victory lane especially at Dega. Anything can happen there, and the 3 car has ran good at the super speedways before, so it's quite possible.

 

If the three can't win I'll take the 88 or 24. Matt

 

Wouldn't mind seeing Larson win one. If not him Chase, Truex, or Blaney. Pulling for the underdogs here (are they really underdogs though )

 

Chase is showing he has a good future in the sport. I wouldn't be surprised if he wins one this year. Blaney has also done good. I am not sure about Larson. Maybe the team or car isn't there. I don't mind seeing Truex win either. I also like to see guys like Almendinger win one. It is hard for guys driving for single car teams to compete. Matt

 

That was the best Richmond race I have ever seen, as much as I love night races they need Richmond in the day with that tire combo, made for great racing. Those times were falling off nearly 3 sec a lap and you could see the track getting dark, really put the car in the drivers hands.

 

yeah, but not drafting someone is racing too. im by no means a tony fan, but at dega a year ago he was the only driver to break line and try to pass on the closing laps(WTF guys did no one want to try and win it besides tony), and he was shuffled.... so if carl needs his help to pass, kyle doesn't have to break line, and he is entitled to hold what he has.

 

I've been very impressed with both Blaney and Chase, especially Chase. He's really showed some skill in racing at these small tracks. Larson has the talent, he just needs a better team/equipment. CGR is just a step behind the other teams right now.

Yes the day race proved to be a success, I usually go to at least one of the night races each year. the last couple fall races have been boring as hell. Glad to see some good racing there yesterday.

Kyle is entitled to hold what he has absolutely, and if that's the road he wants to take then so be it. If he wants to pout and stomp his feet with his little wife because he didn't win a race then he's entitled to do that. Carl made a racing move, it wasn't cheap or dirty. He didn't put him into the wall. Hell did Kyle's rear bumper even have as much of scuff on it.

I'm picking Chase to get his first win at the Coca Cola 600.

 

hard to beat Johnson at a mile and a half track.... I don't think itd be at charlotte...

 

Yes it is, but you play it up like it'll be a payback move or lack thereof since Carl bump n ran him for a win. That's like Kyrie taking the game winning shot instead of letting Lebron shoot it, then Lebron gets all upset and refuses to pass it to Kyrie for the rest of the season. Nonetheless, it's a moot point. Winner is Carl and Samanth Busch cussed on live TV because she couldn't go spend more money after the race lol.

 

She had no idea she was on TV, regardless, all she said was shit, shouldn't even be a thing people are talking about.

 

I hope you never tune into driver radio since Samantha cussing is such a big deal.... No1 told her she was being filmed... That's the stupidest point I've seen after this race...

Some camera guy must have a creepy crush on her, I thought it was ridiculous to have her on screen for the last 20mins...

 

Samantha and Delana are known to be really into the race towards the end if Kyle or Kevin is in the lead. Guess it makes for some good, unscripted TV. I'd rather watch the race, but hey it brought some attention to the sport so I'll take any attention over no attention at this point.

They do the same to Delana. I'd probably be zoomed in on her if I was the camerman too
