Why do you have spacers in between the rail and mounting? My mounts are just like yours too.

Has anyone run Thule bars on the canopy with a CabRac? I currently have a CabRac and TopRac. Running into a few issues with the way my new Hardshell RTT mounts. 1.Being it sits totally flat over the bed, and when the bed flexs different from the cab I'm worried it will damage the tent and rack. 2 with the width of my tent @ 55in it sticks over the edges of the Toprac, leaving no room for anwing mounts, etc. Was thinking of just switching to a set of Thule square bars that are a bit wider then my tent, giving it a surface to attach a anwing to. My question is, how tall do you Thule bars sit? Taller then the Cabrac?

Are all the cross bars the same, or is there one specifically for the wind deflector?

Installed my cabrack last night, all I can say is wow !
The craftsmanship and construction is bar none.

As with all roof racks I expected noise and I can say the noise is no different at 40 or 70 mph.
Not extremely loud but you know you have a rack installed, I also have a 40 in light bar.

Very nice, great job prinsu design.

These racks looks awesome, I want to purchase for my 2016 DCSB!

Does anyone have a photo of the cabrac set up on a truck with a mid-rise canopy like the Leer 180, ARE MX, or Snug Top Sport Hi? I'm curious about how it looks from the side.

Any issue with just leaving off the rubber weather stripping on the roof?

Hey guys, Iv had my prinsu rack for a couple months and couldn't be happier. I actually don't have a Tacoma, but have an 07 4runner. I see some of you guys have applied decals to your wind fairing. I have put some decals on mine as well but a couple are already peeling. It's only been 2 weeks since I applied them. I think it has to do with crappy stickers/the rough texture powdercoat/metal heating up. So my question is, do any of you guys have any suggestions for how to protect the decals? I was thinking either some sort of clear coat. Heres a pic of my rig before the decals. Thanks in advance

Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
my toprac was 1" shorter than my cabrac. added the spacers to make the mounting surface as flat as possible.

Any idea what size punch for the weather stripping and where I can get one/what type of punch? Sorry if I missed this info somewhere.

That doesn't seem like it would be very stable if you put like a RTT up there.
