    Jerry cans, what specific style ? Nato ? or old skool ?

    summary: they friggin leak and don't meet carb

    you have an old Jeep Forward control with Jerry can mounts, then you want jerry cans

    and are not looking for nostalgia ? plastic and 2016 all the way
    rotopax or anything else that meets carb and will not leak. the newest are carb approved
    and doesn't have the ass-tacular bullshit nozzle, they now have button press which is
    the best thing ever invested imho

    I've got two of these and they don't leak (both transporting and pouring). My personal experience with plastic versions is that they all leak and are generally tippy. And no need for plastic pieces, funnels, etc. as the 5/8" spout fits right in the filler hole nicely.

    well, there are 4 major type of 'jerry can' they can't all be lumped in as 'jerry cans leaks'

    some do some don't

    something from Hogans Heros tv studio will hold gas but you be spilling it everywhere too

    but in general and today, a rotopax and a nozzle of your choice is the best bet

    enough to go over stuff
    I have both. Two 5 gallon gas Jerrys on my trailer and a 5 gallon water. On the truck I have a 2 gallon water rotopax and a 2 gallon gas rotopax The rotopax are easy to use and store but the Jerrys are much cheaper. Also my jerrys are metal and will last forever.

    It's my first gen but I love Jerry cans! However, I am going with rotopax on my 3rd gen because I think the old school look won't look as good. Same reason I used KC lights on the first gen and LED's on my 2nd/3rd gen
