    Niiiiice. Aluminum? Could have done that too...

    Probably would have been easier. Haha. I just finished up a cold air intake lid for a local members 01 Tundra.. From aluminum. ;)

    I work for a packaging design company. Concept, Design, Engineering, Prototyping, Machining, and Testing all done in house. Some examples of our clients are Dell, Keurig, GoPro, Peak Automotive, etc. Just a design house.. and I'm fortunate enough to have a lot of free time and all the "little projects" I work on are considered "training". lol

    working my way into a designer/machinist career.

    Alright got the stencil made as well..

    Just line up the stencil with the textured edge on the drivers side, and the front curved edge.

    Looks great! Since I'm installing in my 4Runner I'm not sure I'd be able to take advantage of all the custom profiles you've been working on, may need to stick with one of the original flat designs. But, when you're ready to move forward let me know next steps!!!

    I can get these going over night... any night.

    PM with what design you want.

    how does $30 shipped sound to everyone? includes the bezel and stencil. I will sand down the tiny imperfections before they leave. they will be in the Ivory (off white) color, unless everyone can wait and I can put in an order for black ABS. but.. since everyone is probably going to paint them anyways...

    let me know guys.

    $30 gets a thumbsup from me.

    Black ABS would make it more future proof, I'm sure I'd ding it up over time and the ivory would stick out much more than black in the dings/scratches. I'm fine with either just trying to think ahead.

    30$ shipped to HI(96706) too? :D

    Would the ABS be a lot better quality or we're just going by color??

    thats what I was thinking as well, plus less coats of paint.. well, for anyone painting it black that is.

    yessir. Gonna wrap in bubble wrap and send in flat rate envelopes. so should be same shipping regardless. It ABS plastic regardless. the color is what I was referring to.

    :thumbsup:

    Let me see how long it would take for black ABS to show up.. I will let you guys know tomorrow.
