Depends on the look your after. I didn't want to go to a lift so I purchased the biggest tire without lift. You might want to look at wider rims if you go taller? Find the look you want here on Tacoma World. Get the right advice and have fun!

Thanks for the info! I think I can convince the wifey in the $300 - $500 range. Too much over that after getting a new rig might be pushing my luck though, so that's comforting news.

NICE! Where is everyone buying their wheels at? The op suggested a site and it was about 745 shipped. Can you still use your old lug nuts?

OP: If you get a chance, can you take a shot of the whole side of the truck in even lighting? I'd like to see how a white OR looks with this tire/wheel combo.

After you have some miles on them, it would be great if you could report any change in mileage. The LRE tires seem to knock 1-2 mpg off, so I'm wondering if the lower weight and better compliance of the LRC has less effect.

    Thanks!

Sorry man. Just saw this. For some reason no notifications coming my way.

Kind of tough to see it with 1.25" so I would say go with the 2" if you want.

Before/stock you can see how thin the stance is...image.jpg

    After/1.25" and wind dam removal...
    image.jpg

Before-don't ask me where the tires are???
    image.jpg

After - changes the stance completely!

Thanks. Just until I get a lift and tires next year. I picked up the spacers for $125 on sale. A decent mod without spending a ton.

Got them in the outlet tab, "blems".
They were very near perfect. I believe they offered free shipping at that time as well.
