Do you find yourself not using the steps?

I have the predators on mine as well but also with a 3" front 1" rear lift. The steps seem to be a little bit too far forward to get the perfect step up. I just slide my 6'4" ass into the truck.

If they were back about 6 inches, I think I would use them a lot more but to me it just seems I am stepping to far towards the door to get in.

Actually, the are not for me. My Mom is physically handicapped and it makes it easier for her to get in and out of the truck when I have to take her someplace.

I don't use them at all. As you do, I just slide in but my truck is not lifted.

I've also wondered about their utility as steps but have considered installing them for bump protection from other car doors... Do they provide much/any protection against door dings?

I think that @DRJ1014 would have better protection from his because of his lift.

How do you like the metal rolling cover? I currently have a trifold and am considering getting a rolling.

Maybe against lowered Sedans but the way my truck sits right now its roughly stock height of a Tundra. The curvature of the door, i think they would still be able to ding the door.

Hey man. I'm fixing to pull the trigger and order the same kit. How do you like the SPC UCA's? Also, did you do the differential drop? TIA

Here is mine minus the lift. Nice looking truck you have there!

Subscribed for @Universallsg to see if he used the diff drop.

I have the same lift coming tomorrow. Same tires as well. Just curious :)

I've got the exact same setup with 265/70R17's and used the diff drop.

Guys I'm thinking of getting Level 8 MK6 in bronze. You'll think it look good or go with gunmetal ones? This is how it stands now. Found a few mgm cars with bronze.

If you like it... that's all that matters.

Personally, I dig the chrome or gunmetal on the MGM.
