This one is 10 guage weighs 35lbs but he also makes them out of heavier 7 guage that weighs 50lbs. I don't play on the rocks and was concerned about weight with this truck since i travel with it towing a camper so I chose the lighter version. It's still A LOT beefier than the stock skids.

The number of people on this thread that want to build up their truck with Mobtown parts is nuts. I feel like we are going to pay off his mortgage for him in the long run LOL.

so, im confused, if they make a product that you want, and it is made to the quality you expect, and its made here in murrilin, why would that be nuts?, when he moves to florida, than we can ignore him

Hmm, anybody ever do a clutch on a Dodge Neon or Toyota corolla? Need to find a car for the June rally cross event, and trying not to spend more than $500 on it. theres a corolla on Craigslist that looks clean but needs a clutch, and a neon with a rough body, and probably needs a clutch too

Not "nuts" in that its a bad thing, I was just amazed at how quickly we all jumped in to support the Mobtown business. I can assure you I fight to be a the front of the line on all his products. :p

Lol I agree. But we needed a solid local vender for the armor we crave haha. Plus over engineering is awesome.

There's talk of a day trip coming up at RC if anyone wants to do some wheeling in the near future. Let's hope this doesn't fizzle out and actually goes somewhere

I never been there but I've heard it's rocky. My truck isn't equipped to play on the rocks so I may skip this trip.
