2.0s coil overs run a 2.5 spring

 

The ID of the spring I have is too big for your coilovers. Like @Irongrave said, you'll need springs with an inner diameter (ID) of 2.5".

That's odd even other 2.0 coil over I've worked with ran a 2.5 spring. Saw king radflo profender ect

 

Yeah, i remember talking to a vendor about this same thing. Its in fact a 3" ID spring. the difference is that Icon's i belive are 13" and mine are 14" +/- 1"

 

As long as the whole body of the shock is threaded nothing wrong with running a slightly shorter spring if it's the right rate. Hell you could get a dual rate kit for it and run a super soft tender coil on it too.

 

I talked to a vendor about this same thing. Apparently that one inch that the icon coil lacks makes a huge difference even if it's got 50# more spring rate than what im running now.

 

What is the travel on the foxes?

Got that detailer coming on Fri morning. I can give you a shout as to what he charges but his dad said something around a hundo for a wash and hand wax/detail.
He's got quite a bit of professional eqpt including foamers and such and he does alot of the local cars in car shows.

Or anyone else if interested.
I normally do my own vehicles but I've neglected to get any kind of protectant on the car since it arrived and wanted to throw some money at this guy to see what his work is like.
