    Item 1: I could not find the magical light necessary to get a great picture of my quads, plus, I do not have a full length mirror. The picture is coming...I swear.

    Item 2: @manethon 's "bad ass" workout is definitely challenging. I kept having to drop the weights because I wasn't able to finish the sets. 100 reps is a lot of reps for any exercise, much less a multi-joint exercise like bench and squat. I was thoroughly worn out by the end, and sweating like a goddamn hog!
