Have some 265/75/16 C load Duratracs for sale. One is brand new zero miles, two are lightly used, one has some miles on it but lots of life left. $200 for all four.

My thought is NO sitdowns. Grab your food and lets eat and shoot the shit in the parking lot type deal. Can't do much shit shooting around a table inside.

That's a screaming deal on those tires... they're in good shape too. I'm trying to figure out a way I could use them, but all my vehicles have new or new-ish tires on them. Maybe my Wife will want to trade out her Yoko geolandars for something more aggressive.

    RE the first Thursday meetups...

I think the parking lot format would probably work out better as well... A place with outdoor seating would be cool so people can grab a seat if they want to. Taco Cabana is always good for that kind of thing. Maybe some of the breweries?

BTW, there's a kid on craigslist with a bunch of Toyota FSM's for sale. I grabbed an electrical wiring diagram for my '01 and the Vol 1 & 2 repair manuals for the 99 model year 4Runner (90% the info is applicable to all years of the 3rd gen) for $80.

The story is that he is a lube tech at Toyota (had his work shirt on when I showed up) and his employer, American Toyota, is tossing all their hard copy FSMs in the trash in favor of electronic versions. This kid went dumpster diving because he knew they had value, and now he's selling them on craigslist. I probably could have got him down lower than $80 for what I purchased, but it was still a good deal at that price and I respect the kids hustle and the fact that he didn't let all those good FSMs go to waste.

He has a bunch of 1st gen Tacoma model years, Land Cruiser stuff, some Supra manuals, and a whole bunch of Toyota cars and early pickups.

    No Chili's ?

    :(

    :D

Breweries would be good but need to make sure there is food and drink for those that don't imbibe. Patio seating would be a must for those as open containers in the parking lot wouldn't be good. Cloudy might have to bust us.

I ordered my new suspension today; Wheelers 4-leaf rear springs & new U-bolts in back and Billie 5100's all around, to correct my sad stock leafs that go reverse-arch as soon as any weight is in the back. :\ I'm hoping to keep the ride height close to stock, as I use the truck to haul band gear regularly and guns & ammo around once a month. (Speaking of which, if anyone's interested, I'd be glad to host a group shoot on some Saturday, and provide guns & ammo for all. I go to one of several legal spots off of Cabezon road, just south of San Ysidro.) Not looking for help w/ the install; I'm having a good friend who owns a shop install it all for me (although you all have been very helpful to me in the past); just sharing my good news! :woot::dancingbacon:

Is that so you don't stall when crawling?
