When the negative end of the diode touched the housing it shorted the fuse. basically I fumbled the LED since its size, 31mm, is harder to install. The 28 mm went in smooth.

Dean is legit! I also bought my truck from him and the whole buying experience was painless and straightforward. But more importantly he is there after the sale. I was one of the low transmission fluid victims. I had a case number with corporate and was fighting with them. I called Dean just to give him a heads up on the low transmission fluid Tacomas for his future sales, and he asks me what my case # was. Forty-eight hours later I have a 100,000 mile zero deductible powertrain warranty that covers the entire powertrain not just the tranny! My wife will be buying her Rav4 from him in six months!

Installed my KB Voodoo Bike Mount.

Such a good design. No added noise, holds my road bike nicely.

I'm also an avid beer drinker so this bottle opener was a nice addition.

HI Dude80.... I'm reaching out to Dean as well to see if I can also get the extended transmission warranty. Can I reference your name with Dean? Can you PM me your name, if it's ok?
    Thanks

Snugtop, 5100's, weather tech mats floors, truck bed, Tinted front windows.
I ordered a new snugtop for my DCLB. Got a call from Shell place i ordered it from. Went down to have it placed on my Taco. After inspection, Top had defects all over it paint ripples everywhere. Looks like the manufacture hit the shell on hard surface that created ripples in the paint? It took 3 weeks to get this one going to take another 2 to get a replacement. Anyone seen this? Snugtop quality control slipping?

    None.. Yet....

Eh, why cutup perfectly good floormats when you can just order some that fit right?

Here is a picture when we checked the weathertechs in my truck. See the gap between the dead pedal and the right edge of the floormat deadpedal cover.. It is a decent gap. When I would depress the clutch my foot would catch on the floormat. Sad that Weathertech does not make a mat for the MT.. I am certain the Huskys that arrive Friday will be great too.

Here's the info on installation from the FSM. No specs for the actual size, but this might help
