first time I went to rausch years ago, all I had was a front bumper, sliders, and an All pro IFS skid, on 265 tires. bumper wasn't needed for the trails we ran. sliders and IFS skid are the minimum I would go with. couple guys went with sliders and a stock skid. they cam out of it with a working truck, but the stock skid was trashed.

My stock skids survived without a lift on the last trip. Sliders got used a little bit. But yea some spots if you pick a bad line your gonna bash your skids

all depends on what trails you go on. if you're smart, you can take a bone stock Tacoma there. just may have to limit yourself to the harder greens.

this was my first trip back in 2011

On a side note.... I'm in the Frederick/New Market/Gaithersburg area. I'm in the inevitable 6 inch/3 inch 33s/35s debate. I would LOVE to get eyes on someone running one of these setups.

I'll let you know there's nothing set in stone for an actual meet. I know a guy is going up there this weekend with his buddy

"Going to be taking a friend with a stock jeep on a trip this Sunday. We will be camping Saturday night into Sunday. Only doing green trails on the NE property. Feel free to join us if you want, we'll be heading out promptly around 8:30-9."

Oh ok. For local pickup where would I go? And is there a discount code for the skids?
