But truthfully at this point I'll take rain over snow.

I want to start planting for this growing season.

I just want a mud free driveway and not have to shovel my deck, or a walkway into my house!

    Never enough
They just admitted to falsifying mileage numbers for the last 25 years so it's safe to say they are in some trouble I think.

and rain will help melt the snow blocking some off-road areas.

Yeah, I have the same downside to the rain and snow I welcome.

1/3rd of my back yard and my entire side yard in front is just one big mud pit when it's precipitous.

There are down sides and up sides to it all. The rain and snowmelt help feed my creek, which in turn fills my lake, which in turn allows me to fish for trout daily or when ever I damn well please. On the down side, it creates a fucking muddy mess of my driveway which in turn creates a muddy mess in my house lol

Haha... oh well. We're getting numb to lying, falsifying, lack of morals/ethics from businesses and government, nothing new, just another page in the book.

Yes I back to National Forest, have a year round creek running through my property and my own private lake that is stocked with a school of about 30 trout mostly smaller between 9" - 16", have a few rainbows pushing 24"+ but they are smart old wise ones and hard to catch

I'm all for new friends :) The park I live in (HOA- called Crystal Park) also has a large lake they stock annually with monster bows and browns which will be happening in a few weeks :) The creek running through my property is actually a spring that gushes out of the mountain side a couple hundred feet up the mountain from my house. This property was really a dream come true, never in my wildest imagination did I think I'd ever own a place like this. Only downsides, I'm at about 9,300ft and I have no garage, no funds to build one, and I can't get internet access up here. Pics were taken in the fall obviously and my lake was covered with aspen leaves...

holy shit I never thought buying appliances could be so mentally draining.
Nobody stocks anything anymore. You can go look and fondle the merchandise but then you have to order it in and wait 2-5 days and get a 4 hour delivery window...:annoyed:
Appliance Factory Outlet got my business, it will be delivered free on Thursday morning.
Plus, even though they had the exact same price as the other 2, they knocked a bit off the price to sweeten the deal and threw in new hoses.

Ended up with the Samsung. Apparently Electrolux is top of the line, followed by Speed Queen, Samsung, Maytag/Whirlpool/LG/Kenmore all came in about the same and GE at the bottom. And apparently Whirlpool owns Maytag now.

Beautiful! But do you have room for a garage is the important question.

    Tell me about it.

It took 21 and 29 days to deliver my fridge... first one being a lemon POS.
