My brother and I both bought brand new 2015s last October. From the beginning we noticed a creek/squeak that comes from the front passenger area while going over bumps, driveways, or especially on a dirt road. Both trucks have a pro comp spacer lift. Both trucks have the same noise from the same area.
I had the truck in for something else and asked the dealer to check the noise. He said they can hear it but if after checking it they can't R&R a defective part to submit to Toyota they will have to charge me for diagnosing. With a labour rate of $150/ hr I told him to leave it alone for now.

I know it's a truck and squeaks are part of the deal. It's not that big of a deal but I'm wondering if this common and if there is a fix. Truck has 6k kms on the odo now.

3" spacer lift installed by dealer at time of purchase so I couldn't tell if it was there on the stock truck

It's not a clunck or a knock. More of a creak/squeak like flexing of metal on metal.

Check your alignment cam tabs and bolts, see if they are frozen.

Does it happen when the suspension extends or compresses? You've only got a couple inches of down travel, so it might be a ball joint hitting it's limit.

Otherwise look for a metal on metal witness mark on something.
