    Well i did a 2 rep max test today to see if I'm getting any gains on the heavier weight.
    After doing mostly 5-7 rep limited rest sets for 10 sets over the last month or so i built up on flat bench to a 4 rep 405. Most i have ever done for reps EVER. Lets call it 3 1/2 as i had a small spot on the last rep. WAHOO!!!!
