I am missing @MaverickTRD gifs. Also I work construction and I wanted to tell a homeowner just now to F off for telling me how to do my job.

 

I saw some for sale on here used (that sold) for like $600-700 i can rebuild myself if needed or whatever. And if i drop 5k im going long travel lol

 

Haha thats why I went long travel lol but idk I see some for sale for like 2k or 1500 at times but never for that cheap damn

 

yeah i thought it would be low, but ive seen it two or three times, sadly every kit has been sold lol. And right now i cant justify dropping that much on my truck, I got it for like $2700, (incredible deal) but with two cars and going to school full time and working part time, just too much yknow?

 

Sell a car for long travel and buy my street legal dirtbike for a DD

truck is my DD and id sell it before i sold my car. :/ lol sell me your long travel dirt cheap and ill be happy to give you my stock trd stuff for free. infact. just trade me trucks. first gens are where its at man

 

I'd sell it for 3k right now haha limit straps and all with some fox 2.0s that haven't even been mocked up on my truck yet. Some other guy used them for 5k miles but they are brand new lol

LOL! Was out at Sycamore about a month ago. Was going about 25 around a blind-ish curve and plowed into a 2ft x 3ft river rock! Caught a little air and was sure I destroyed something! It was so F-ing loud!!!! Anyway, we tossed the rock into the brush away from the trail, didn't see any damage, and moved on. As soon as I hit the on ramp at Bush, I felt it. Thought it was just alignment, but once that was done, it still shook. Took it to discount today... the shop guys had a good laugh as I have a "Mall Rated" sticker on the front bumper... and they said "No way you could do this in a parking lot". So, $153 later, rim is on order.

Lol my shit wouldn't work on your first gen anywaus but yes you look at mid travel and long travel you are going to spend more on shocks then your truck was worth. Let alone spending money on bed cage ,relocate kits, arms upper and lower and all the other shit haha your looking at double at least

Yeah, thats why for now i wanna spend >$1000 on a mid travel kit. I can do that, itll level my truck out, make it look good, and offroadableish. all the while not spending entirely too much on my truck.

i gotta know though, my car is lowered on coilovers with aftermarket ucas, tie rods, lower control arms. the works. and i did it with GOOD stuff for like $1500, why trucks so expensive
