    Man this month and a half off his hitting me hard, up 10lbs from sitting around the house with the baby, this dad bod is shaping up. Going to actually have to get on the treadmill at the gym instead of walking around it.

    Nothing is wrong with a Dad Bod. My kids are less than 12 months apart and the sympathetic weight gain is a real thing when your wife is prego. I was 175 before kids and now I cant get below 190. It's just so much easier to eat chicken nuggets with your kids than it is to cook for yourself.

    I was the same way so I invested in this. I work graveyard, I have two kids, one being a three year old who stays home with me while mom works during the day, go to school full time, and coach my sons baseball team. Sleep is one thing I don't have time for so this is a daily reminder instead of sitting around feeling tired might as well work it out.

    Wel luckily my gym is 1 block over takes like 2 mins by car a few more if I biked, but ain't no one got time for those extra calorie gains in this heat.
