Sounds like he should kick his own bum for not buyin' set of duratracs.
That was not my experience with the Coopers that I ran on my Dodge for 35-40k miles.

Their treadwear is not very impressive at all. Im at 21,000 Km and they are at 5/32 wear. New is 15/32.
I asked you about the 34s because I was curious about the size in general.

The biggest reason I hate the KO/KO2 are due to snow performance, or lack of.

    never ending..
    :bananadance:
picked up the truck yesterday with my new 285 MAXXes.. tamer look, but they still look soooo good.
got a freak storm here in SoCal and got a little slick mud testing. Thoroughly impressed so far! and the ride quality... All I can say is WOW. so much better then previous tires. ANNNNND I can finally talk with passengers on the freeway or listen to my music without it being 3/4 to full blast. Sanity has returned during highway speeds! hahaha
We will see what else I can throw at these this weekend and how they do.

Nope, I've put mine through some punishment and haven't had one issue. They are a very tough tire, but no tire is immune to everything. Try hard enough and you'll have a failure. Lol

I'm a KO2 guy also... but I'm at 10k miles (about the same as you) and I've had almost no wear... seriously, they're still showing their tits on the treadblocks (they face inward toward other lugs)

I could care less about tread wear. If they get 10-15k, I'm happy. The offroad/snow performance and looks are much more important to me.
