I still have to estimate costs on materials n time, but they should be pretty cheap.

    update....

    the mold has been made.

and on a positive note, the guys at the shop where I was working at were real interested in making car/truck parts. They have made race car parts in the past and are very experienced. We will be working on a few things in the near future.

and here's some pix laying up the mold, PVA(its like liquid plastic wrap) , gel coat and a freshly released mold to be cleaned up.
lids should be made in the next few days :D

I had these on. They are vinyl stickers. Color matched perfectly. I took them off because after two years, one started to fade. I will get them replaced soon. I was charged $20 for the pair.

If they look anything similar to these, then you've got yourself a customer. The thinner the better IMO.

I like them, but would be interested to see how they meet the lines of a stock grille that has the triangle grille piece..... because if theyre off by like 2 centimeters i dont think it will look right.

Heres how mine line up and yours look a bit wider.

I totally agree. But that line from the triangle has to be followed onto the headlight. It looks like yours flares up to the sides. I'd like mine to run straight across (again following the lines of the grill). No upward slope for me. I guess it needs to be parallel to that and the line of the turn signal (top side).
