What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

I'm liking where this is going!

 

Where'd u pick up the taco grill? I've only seen them on eBay for what my dealer is selling the for.

 

A-Pillar Ram Mount Mod completed:

 

Its taken me almost 8 months to get this far, if it wasn't for doctor appointments it would probably only half this many miles (knee replacement, physical torture, and other medical problems). A tank of gas last me about a month. I have a trip planned for mid June so my miles will probably double by the time I get back from my trip.

 

40" Light bar installed.

I may need to adjust down just a tad, but I had a solid 100yds of visibility. The pictures don't really do it any justice.

 

Installed blacked out head and tail lights by Depo. Started removing the emblems to paint them.

 

I want to get an OEM roof rack solely so I can mount a 40 up there. I love the way it looks!

Need more antennae!

 

Installed the sPOD fuse box and switches. Had to make my own bracket to attach to the frame to move pass the clutch fluid reservoir. Just waiting for bumper to get coated, and lights to come in.

 

Tossed the funky bungee mount and got a proper mount for the shovel.

 

Added a voltmeter to my '15 SR5 PreRunner today. There's just no ideal place to put it, so I sanded down the sides until it fit in the dash. Even though it's sideways it still looks pretty cool in person.

What do you think, cool or crap?

The lights look awesome! What kinda of light bar is it? What grill is that btw?

cleaned and vacuumed the interior

 

Look on the inside of the center cap and you'll see 3 tabs that hold the emblem on. Just squeezed those tabs, individually with needle nose pliers and pushed it right off the front of the center cap. Sanded the emblems lightly, sprayed them Red, and after drying a few hours, I pressed the 3 tabs back through the 3 holes on the center cap and hit each tab with a dot of super glue. Not too much, so if I decide to pop them back off, there won't be a problem.
