Hi all I've noticed that after is rains, I open up my doors and notice water coming out from a hole in my doors. Has anyone had this problem?

    Yes.
I suspect it has to do with the ill-fitting weather strip on the A-pillar; the same piece that causes the high pitched kazoo sound.

It's leaking past the window seal, and not draining at the bottom of the door, probably because the hole at the bottom of the door is getting sealed closed when door is shut.

I would never have guessed either since my truck doesn't have this problem.

I would see if a) weep holes are clogged b) ensure seal isnt cracked, damaged, aligned wrong

Then if all the above fails, toyotacare.

We got about an inch of rain this morning and when i opened my driver's door leaving work this evening I had the same experience. About 1.5 cups of water spilled out when I opened the door, the wet area on parking lot was about 6-9" wide and ran the full length of the door/sill. I dont believe any moisture was inside the truck cab and weep holes are open. It seems like the water was held in place between the inner and outer weather-stripping, along the bottom edge of door & door sill. So I'm wondering how it got in there, and then what happens next winter when it's freezing rain? Door frozen shut

All kind of weather stripping issues on these things. Noises, leaks, bulges...

I had the same issue with a 2015 Colorado I traded off last November. I to was concerned about the freezing during the winter months so Colly had to go to a new home. Dealer said nothing was wrong. I even took it to 2 other dealers 3 different times. Got tired of the happy sappy GM customer care and bought a Tacoma. Thank goodness my Tacoma don't have this issue or I would be driving a new RAV4

Yeah the door seals was the 1st thing I looked at. I don't like the looks of them but if they keep water out I'm happy.

After watching the video above I went out and inspected my weather-stripping and sure enough the Taco's ws has a stop in about the same place as the Chevy. On the driver's side that little stop was folded in a bit relative to the passenger side so I 'fluffed' it up a bit. (Easiest possible fix if it works) I did not find a significant difference in door alignment though like that guy's Chevy. If this doesn't work I will pull off the door panel next and check out the vapor barrier though the water did not seem to be resting inside the door but rather between the door and sill. Will post when I figure out the cause. Thx for ideas.
