Did you bring breakfast? the tranny check alone, will take 2 hours, because they have to let the tranny cool before they can do the test. So if they walk out 30 minutes later a say your good to go, the jig is up on them.

Please don't show mpg's until you ran threw at least a half a tank or so. The best I have seen on a cool day with AC off is 21mpg that is it. Mabee it's because of our summer fuel I think it is called oxygenated fuel.

He's just showing the 60 mile trip he made. He's not trying trying to say that's his tank average.

I've gotten 25+ on a full tank. I'll make sure to document that just for you.

Precisely. If I could consistently get 28 on an entire tank of gas, well then I would think Toyota would have done the impossible.

They complained probably due to your truck making them feel inadequate.

I put 2700 miles on the first 3rd gen that was totaled, another 250 miles on the 2nd one that the dealership tried screwing me over on, gave it back, and just got over 3000 on the one i have now... So 3 3rd gens since December and it still doesn't add up close to 10k.... You must be driving non stop LOL

I'll be putting 6200mi on my 3rd Gen when I take a trip to alaska. It will then barely drive haha. Getting a ATV to put around Kodiak for the next 3 years. I would like to take my tacoma to the artic circle like the Pro video. That would be sweet.

I've had my truck since Frbruary 10th and I drive 100 mile round trip to work 3 days a week. I took a long trip to TN from The upper peninsula of MI. Shouldn't be piling on the miles over the summer since I busted my 89' pickup out of winter storage, I drive that most of the time in the summer.
What was wrong with the second truck you got?

I've had larger tires on since day 1 so technically at 17250 now I really have about 18K. I've also had my truck since the last week of October. Plus my wife and I take a lot of instate roadtrips that'll add like 500 miles every time.

    Sounds about like mine.

    All shifts are 12hrs:
    2on/2off/3on/2off/2on/3off....so 7 out of 14 days, I work.
