    I'm pretty sure the order confirmation is said invoice. It has the invoice number listed at the top and includes everything that should be needed for the rebate. Sending an invoice once something has been paid for would be redundant. I submitted it to ARB with no issue.

    @lowrange correct me if I'm wrong.

    Update: ARB just confirmed my rebate.

    I received the email yesterday minutes after I received the call and paid. The email had an invoice in PDF format as an attachment. I downloaded the attachment and then uploaded it to the ARB site. I would double check for attachments in the email. I wouldn't trust the confirmation email as back up for the rebate. The invoice is on Low Range letterhead.
