I wear a Garmin VivoFit2 every day....I wear it mainly for the low profile watch function and the Milage for when we are hiking. I dont use any of the other features whatsoever.

Apple Watch. Everyday although while cycling yesterday I noticed the way I bend my wrist pushes in the crown and tries to turn the watch off. only thing I even use it for anymore is the calories burnt feature while running or cycling. The hr monitor is point on

My wife has been using a fitbit flex for almost 2 years (I bought it for her birthday) but she just told me the other day she was done with it. I had noticed her not wearing it for a while. She said it was too much of a pain to remember to charge and she didn't like how it looked with her outfits. Go figure...

So now I have inherited it and am working on making it work for me. I think I need to deactivate her account or reset it or something...

The flex is pretty basic but I figure I can use it to get a better idea of how many calories I burn everyday and can change my diet to make sure I am hitting my goals instead of just guessing based on how soft my abs look :anonymous:

thus why i didnt go with an apple watch. The vivofit2 is the perfect size width wise for me. It doesnt have any weird external buttons that will rub my wrist or hand during activities. It is real slim fitting and comfortable, along with being able to survive mud, water etc due to it being fully enclosed.

I use the fitness pal app on my phone. Very basic, but free. It has the diet and steps trackers which are all I really use. The workout tracker sucks though.

I have a mapmyfitness app that I used to log a workout in and when I would go on trail bike rides I would track the distance. My company encourages us to be active and gives us $800/year if we hit various goals they set. That app syncs with what they use. It is stupid basic and I only use it to log my ~60min workout everyday so I can get paid lol. It generates a calories burned per each workout but I don't trust the accuracy at all. Hoping this fitbit will be a bit more accurate

The only problems Ive had with the surge are the irreplaceable band tearing and aftermarket charging cable doesn't work properly. Other than that it has been a pretty good watch but I would not buy another one.

Did barbell bench for the first time in about 2 months is morning. 4x4. 225, 245, 245, 275...except I only got the 275 for 3. After doing Dumbbells for 2 months, barbell feels heavy as hell!

And yea, I use the Fitbit Surge every day.
