Negative, Magnaflow CB was installed prior to the intake. The combination of the 2 is great

I can try on my way to work. Not sure how it will come out. I think it needs a real microphone not a phone to record sounds like exhaust or intake

    Amen!
Yeah these things felt solid as hell and fit like a glove so I'm not worried at all. I don't know this for sure but I think Bora is a newer company. I couldn't find as much information about them as I could Spidertrax but I didn't want 1.25 inches which is all Spidertrax offers. Everything I did find regarding Bora was positive. Let me know if and what you decide to go with.

IDK if I'll ever add spacers or not because I like the stance with the TRD wheels and the tread patch of the 285's are right on with the edge of the fender flares. Possibly once I go to 35's on the truck I may. Did you have to use shorter studs on the truck or are they sticking out less than an inch? Hard to tell from the photos. Looks good though.

According to my fulley app (numbers found in my sig) which calculates based on ODO and gallons pumped at the station. The computer in the tacoma measures about 1 mpg less than raw calcs.

I didn't have to change anything. The studs fit perfect and the stock lugs fit perfect. If I ever get different rims with more offset I"ll definitely pull the spacers off. But for now I like the stock rims and everything sits just how I want it.

Oh I'm sure. The Airaid intake is in an insulated, sealed box and even then it's still loud at WOT, so with the K&N being an open filter, I was guessing that it'd be really loud.

I'm sure it will. They are good people over there so I don't have any doubts that he'll call you on Monday to get you on the schedule. They've been awesome to me, so I can't image it'd be different for anyone else.

How are you finding the tailgate pad? Any issues with the paint being scratched on the tail gate from the pad rubbing up against it?

They greased my zerks checked my MT fluid and torqued my u bolts, then after they were done the tech came out and did a test drive with me to make sure I was satisfied. Overall a good experience.

That would be louder at high altitude because you never get to 6th gear though. Otherwise I like the raspiness.
