That makes better sense. So if I plan on doing a hidden winch will the 0-110 be enough?

I would say it would depend on the weight of the winch. Some of them can get heavy. So if its a big boy 9-10 thousand pound I would put the extra weight springs in. 5-7,500 lbs your probably ok with the standard. Safe man would put them on either way. It will ride a little stiffer but that's not a horrible thing on these trucks

It is truck after all. If I wanted smooth I'd have bought a luxury car.

Will 285's rub without a lift?

yeah, if you want to run 285's you'll definitely need a lift to achieve that stance.

Anyone know where to find the King Extended Travel Front Coilovers (With Compression Adjusters) in stock? 25001-119A-EXT

I have them on back order at Wheeler's Off Road, but if anyone has them in stock I'll buy them right now. I'm going on the Mojave Trail at the end of May and I want to install these bad boys!

Mine are also on back order from wheelers. They told me they will be in by end of next week at the latest, if not sooner.

I hope that's true, I ordered mine on April 9th and they said they were expecting them that week... I followed up on Monday with Wheeler's and they said King has been lacking in their customer service. Fingers crossed!

I lifted the rear tonight with some 1" ToyTec spacers and some 2nd gen 5100's, but the rear 5100's are the same extended length as the factory? Oh well, probably fine for my needs. Rear lift went so quick I didn't even finish my beer, and it was still cold when I finished. I guess the 5100's have more charge than the stock shocks. Driver went up 1 1/8" Passenger went up 1 1/4"

Probably should cut down the U-Bolts, but I might be swapping in some Dakars.
