Good to know. So I am at 3.75" with my 1.25" spacers. I will be using friends 35's to tub and I wanted to have a good point of reference using their wheels which are 4" BS. I'll basically try with the wheel just on and the spacer on to tub to cover all wheels.

I've got 4" bs wheels and 1.25 spacers and just tub'd driver side. I was just poking around about this a month ago, general opinion seems to be ~3" bs for 35s to clear. I don't rub frame at all, just a small portion of the firewall patch that I need to pound back a little.

You won't be able to run 4'' BS with 35s lol not even close. I rubbed the frame with 33x12.5s with 4'' BS.

Shoot for 3'' at the minimum.

This just showed up. Came with fairly detailed instructions for the installation of the valve and removal of the rear LSPV. Everything seems to be included.

The wheel I'm using for test fitting is 4" but gonna be running my stock/spacer setup that's 3.75" and not true 35's 315/75r16 iirc @mrbeggins ran that setup no problem

I do plan on getting 3.5" bs f5's eventually

Hey Monte off topic but how big of a PITA is it to raise your bed rack with the tent on it? I'm gonna mod mine or build a new one with a telescoping platform, trying to get an idea on how beefy the gas shocks need to be...

well if my tubes slid better it would be super easy. I got 80lb shocks and they are actually a bit too much haha i wanted 40-50lb ones but i couldn't find any that where the right length that where that low.

I want to redo my support legs with round tubing so that i'll slide easily. But right now its harder to put it down then up. I have to stand on the ends to get it go down easy. For the side lift i have really have to pull down. And usually just jump up on it to stand on it.

Good deal, I was gonna go with 80 lb too...
Glad I asked, I'll def use the round tube for that part, square for the rest. I gotta do something, my truck is crazy top heavy right now. I'll check your build for more details

Mines at 6' and does well, a couple more inches would probably be perfect

Ya if you have to duck down in the annex it's almost worthless. That's the biggest short coming with bed racks IMO. I'm doing something similar to blackdogs rack when I get time. It'll be nice to have the RTT low for travel and up high for campingIMG_20160415_141753148_HDR.jpg
Btw If you don't have LEDs installed, I highly recommend them, these light up camp nicely with low power consumption

I broke a leaf spring a couple weeks ago so I decided it was a good time to upgrade the old stock suspension. Went with a full OME setup with 883s in the front and dakars in the rear and got that all done today. Went with the 883s since I'll likely get a bumper relatively soon, it rides a little stiff at the moment but not too bad honestly. Overall I'm super impressed and it feels like a different truck. Also threw on some 285/75r16 Duratracs and pro comp 7031s.
