Comcast blows goats. We have "biz level" at work-we are out of service maybe once or twice a month...I had it at home but gave it up after several unexpected outages with absolutely no fucks given by Comcast. I'd rather have slower and reliable any day of the week.

 

Everyone I know with Comcast business has tons of issues. Unfortunately AT&T business customers aren't much better.

I've had an AT&T tech run a direct line from an office to the store front and it didn't work. I went there and called him, he swung by and tested the line.. didn't work. Then he says he's gonna go get his tools from the truck.

Got in the truck and left. Didn't answer his phone. Didn't come back. Didn't send anyone else. Just disappeared.

 

F that. Have had AT&T where it was nothing but outages and was lied to over the phone about my service and what I could be provided, just so they could make an upsell. Finally took 5 techs coming out and the final tech told me to go with Cox (SoCal) because our service was so shitty where I was at.
