I added the spacer to my truck, didn't really change the driving characteristic of the truck. Maybe a little bit stiffer up front, but not too much. Didn't get any death wobble though.

I have the Toytec spacers and Wheeler's three leaf just waiting on a time to install them. What do you have in the back, @gilpinrobert ?

I have the wheelers 3 pack AAL. However, when I added my Body Armor bumper and tire swing with Rotopax carrier I had to add some Firestone airbags.

I'm hoping by leaving the spare on top of the bed rack I won't get as much sag when I put a rear bumper on. I'm probably going to do the Pelfrey high clearance bumper with no add-ons.

My bumper and all the add ons put about 200 pounds on the back end of my truck. Even with AAL I was sagging below factory height. So I added the airbags.

I thought about it. And then I came across a thread about the Firestone Airbags and researched them and decided on the airbags over the the full leaf pack. I like them.

Are you using the daystar brackets or the included ones? Whenever I go over speed bumps my bags smack the daystar's... Think Im going to remove them and bolt the bags down.

I haven't had any problems with them smacking against the cradles. How much air psi are you running??

5Psi iirc. With 8 I dot some noticeable drive train vibrations. If I go over a speed bump, pothole, etc they go "SMACK" lol

I run about 12 in mine. But I also have 200 pounds of rear bumper. 12 psi puts me about a half an inch over factory heights. When I go over bumps and such I feel or hear any smacks against the cradles. I would try without the cradles and see what happens. The only real benefit to the cradles is not having to bleed the air from the bags before you go on a lift for service or such.

We stuck a piece of rubber in the bottom of the cradle. Quieter over those speed bumps at the mall now. ....

I heard of others doing that. Lining the inside of the cradle.

You might try the "inner tube piece" in the cradle to get rid of the clack going over bumps. I have a shell on and run about 13psi and never hear the cradles unless I go over a speed bump too fast. The one downside to no cradles is you will limit your "droop" travel off road which I didn't want to do so I run the cradles. Much better articulation with the cradles vs stock brackets. To verify this simply jack up the back of your truck and see how much the bags clear the cradles at full droop....it is quite a bit of lost travel with the stock brackets, especially with a Pro due to the longer rear shock travel and 1" extra droop.

Hey guys, I just joined the Pro world & thought I'd chime in. Details below. I'm waiting on a pair of Rock Crusher sliders to replace the steps it came with, otherwise it's a pretty perfect truck so far.
