Are you rubbing when going straight?

I disagree.. I have never had a tire rub the body mount at full lock, until I had an alignment done a few days ago

I have the Icon UCA's now with about 2.9 caster. However, before the Icons uca's I had the Total Chaos UCA's with my Icon coilovers and I had my caster set at about 2.8. You shouldnt have to adjust the uca's in any way, a good alignment shop should be able to get you lower then 3.1. However, I believe if you lower the caster anymore, you will get more rub on the body mount, as lowering the caster will move the wheel back in the wheel well, closer to the mount.

Shop just called... So the problem was this.. Previously the Caster had been set at 3 degrees positive. After alignment the other day, they had dropped the Caster to 2.3! I don't know why considering spec is 2.8. I have asked them to set it back, hopefully this will resolve the issue.

Guess I had it backward in my head

Yes. Getting the Caster to 2.8* or so should fix your rubbing, or at least, lessen it.
