Bought a 2015 Red TRD. May be best vehicle I've ever owned. Retired from navy getting ready to move to Pine, Colorado...lots of elk and deer going into our home site. Thinking I'd like to put a metal guard on the front like the old railroad locomotives to get the cows off the track..Don't like Toyota's stock bull looking thing. Local after market truck places have little to offer for Tacoma's. Suggestions?

ARB plate bumper, they have held up well to numerous 4 legged creature encounters

Welcome to TW! There are plenty of threads on her about beefer front bumpers that various vendors sell. Search for them and you will see some ideas. You can also visit the vendor listing under the "Buy Sell Trade" link at the top of the page. Following the link to the vendors will give you a brief description of what each of them has to offer for products. Plenty of options there. Your best option might be upgrading light output and driving slow!

Something like this? If you find a vendor, I'll take one too.
