Yee Haa! Done with work and using up last year's vacation next week!
I'll try to slay a Turkey or 3 in the mornings and trout fish a few afternoons.
Yard work and Nova work will round it out.

A slew of pricey stuff my wife hates me for.
No, fluke buy. Dude bought the rack and tent, then sold his truck before ever installing them.

This must be referencing your taste in men, because one of my friends from high school lives in Washington State and is married to a Korean girl. They're both decent-looking folks, but they've reproduced together twice and I've seen pictures of some damn ugly babies. :notsure:

No way, Korean mixes are always the best. Have they hit puberty yet? Maybe they're late boomers

No, I think the oldest is 6 this year. I'll cross my fingers for them that they're late bloomers, because if not they're going to have a tough time in high school.

Came home to some birdlings today. Had a hen that went broody about a month ago and when she didn't snap out of it I built her a broody box, marked the eggs she was sitting on & let her be. I opened the door to the coop to check on her food & water this afternoon and heard peeping. :goingcrazy:

So I poked her through the wire to make her stand up and out scampered:

But from the looks of it she picked the wrong clutch of eggs to sit on and is raising 3 illegitimate children. o_O
None of them have the right markings for a Golden-Laced Wyandotte

Yikes... You gonna lock the bathroom also to complete the plan?
I have to agree with you, but you need a couple generations away from pure bloods. One of my best friends is Korean and has a cute little kid.

Well, it started to drizzle before I left the house. :( The cruise is in Naugatuck every other Friday night at Cross Point Plaza just off RT 8. They rope off a good chunk of the parking lot and play oldies, some games, 50/50 raffle, etc... The group that organizes them has a number each week in several places. Brasscitycruisers.net is their website. Bucktales, if you're up for a ride stop up sometime and show off your Nova. Noel, feel free to come down but it would be one long ride just to sit in a parking lot...

An especially long ride in a 50 year old truck. I'd be deaf and broke by the time I got there, lol. There's not much for sound insulation in that thing, and on the highway you're spending a good bit of time with all 4 barrels hoovering if you want to keep pace with traffic, which really cuts into the mpg's. About the furthest I take it is Owl's Head at this point, but there's no highway time involved.

it's just a tad outside my cruising range. I can go up on the highway a bit,but 35 miles on the parkway and 8 on a Friday would be rough.
    I'm running 4:11's and that's around 3000rpm at 50-55 mph,lol.
I did make a run to Wallingford once on the parkway. Sounded quite "sporty" going through the tunnel.
