I couldn't get my dealer to take the time and talk to me when I tried to contact them 5 times about the issue. So I contacted Corporate Toyota and they were happy to file a case with me and my issue and the way my dealer helped me out. After that my dealer was more then happy to call me back and assist me. Taking the truck in tomorrow for her 5k service and to check out the speedo problem. Will report back rather or not they do anything or if I'll have to call Corporate again. The lady at Corporate Toyota made it clear that if they don't look at and fix the issues to call her back and she will get in contact with the dealer.

Unfortunately they couldn't recreate the problem, since it has only been in the mid 60's here lately.
The problem only happens when it's above 80* outside. I do have a friend that's a Master Tech at Mercedes-Benz and he said that it sounds like a bad sensor and is heat effected. Also said that the whole dash cluster may need to be replaced. So I gotta wait till she warms up a bit outside and take her back it to get looked at. If it's under 80* you can't tell that there's anything wrong with it.
