    Well, I've found several off-brand systems that do all that in the $300-$500 range, just none of them have a digital TV tuner!

    it is digital vs analog.....not going to hd everywhere

    i was talking about the switchover next year...lol...not the dvd/tv in discussion. next year it all converts to digital from analog...has nothing to do w/ the hd formats
