I mix Creatine with my pre workout and my protein, which I only use on days I lift. I don't lift on weekends so I don't use any supps, same would go if I took time off from the gym, forced or voluntary...

I thought it was better to keep it in your system whether you were lifting our not. Isn't that the point of a loading period then staying consistent?

That feel when a cop chats you up about working out while writing you a ticket. Nice guy though....

There was an animal squatting 6 plates for reps in the gym last night. The dude is strong as fuck,
he openly talks about being on "gear," and I have seen him sticking needles in his butt in the locker room.
I am not "hating" because he is stronger than me, but man I hate working out when he does. First of all, he steals all the fucking plates. Second, he is always screaming and shouting and throwing weights around. I understand there is a certain amount of psyching up that does into lifting that much weight, and I have no problem with dropping weights, but I feel he is doing it strictly for attention at this point. For example, when he goes down from 6 plates to 5 plates, he takes the last plate on the bar off and throws it 5 yards away from the rack. If you wanna just drop it right by the rack and make a big bang, fine, I do that too. But to under hand toss it in a full gym?

Maybe I am just being a little bitch and I need to take my whiny ass to planet fitness, but would this bother anyone else? There are plenty of other guys there that are moving big weight and don't act like jackasses while they do it.

No that would piss me off too. Mention it to a manager at the gym.

Conversely, at my gym there are idiots grunting and flinging weights around who you couldn't even tell they lifted.

A guy chatted me up about gym stuff as the reason for his speeding:

Me: there's so excuse for speeding, the signs are clearly posted and you have cruise control.

Him: yes, I know this. And you're right however I took some pre workout at about 630 and I'm just headed home from the gym (at 9pm).

Me: I take pre workout too and it doesn't make me speed....drive safe sir.

Very true. I am not gonna rat the guy out, because management can definitely tell what's going on, and ultimately, it doesn't affect the quality of my workouts. Every time he is in there though I think "here we go again."

Had an asshole customer at work last week. Came in right at closing. Kept me after hours. Was a total douche. When he started to leave he gave me the old bro slap on the back/rear delt area. Suddenly he stopped and goes "shit...what do you do? Just lift? You a fighter?" Then all of a sudden he went from douche to super nice guy. Still kept me for 10 more minutes because he wouldn't STFU about lifting...but at least he went from douche to nice.

YAH for legs getting stronger and finally getting back to normal.

Yeah, sure sounds strong but really not needed juice or no juice. Its @sshats like that, that gives stronger people a super bad name. Some guys get so into it grunting like crazy almost foaming from the mouth...... like shit.
