Sounds like fun. How many miles are you looking at for the whole trip?

The whole trail in Plumas with the 4x4 alternate routes is only ~180 miles. First day, sight seeing and more north through Lassen will add more to that.

I have a stock tank, two rotopax, and two jerry cans with frontrunner mount (if needed, may lend out if I don't). So the fuel is the limiter on the route. Will prob plan it to a week and 15-20 additional gallons of extra fuel.

I'll consider going. Sounds like fun. My dad has two jerry cans that I might be able to borrow. If you get a thread going, put me down as a maybe.

We should do a Tacoma world gold lakes/downieville mountain bike trip. We could ride into town via mountain bike and shuttle back to camp.

Just remember the faster you go the more stable you become and you'll have less time to crash too.

Interested also. Probably only for the 1st or 2nd portion of the trip- whichever part falls on the weekend. Here's a good link:

Looks like a good time with lots to see.

I'd be game for Eagle Lakes. I'm also thinking about Hollister before I go to Rubithon.

There's gonna be a Tacoma world Baja trip this year too. It'll be at the end of the year. If I can get one of you miscreants to go I'll call it a success.
