Time to get a set of Redline hood struts. Get rid of that prop rod getting in the way of your pics!

Topped off my transmission fluid and adjusted tire pressure. Kinda lame lately as far as working on my truck, my car is getting all my money right now.

I found the color match at AutoZone - $8 a can.

I made the grill. It started out as the satoshi mod, but I really liked the look of the pro grills. So this is "my" version lol.

Came back from dealer leaf spring inspection and my passenger window wouldn't open. Irate, I was all ready to troubleshoot it and start taking things apart. I found out the window lockout switch was just pressed down. :anonymous:

As far as what to do with the lines since the sliders mount in the holes where the lines were supported? They're fine under there without any other support.

Finally got around hooking up my 3rd brake light on my camper top... I've only had it since September haha!

It literally took 5 min... Used some of these Dorman quick splices -

    http://m.autozone.com/ignition/electrical-wire-connector/dorman-quick-splice-terminal/18663_0_0/

Removed one of these top bolts and ran the wires right through it... Worked out perfectly.

Splice positive into the green w/stripe and then negative into white w/black stripe. Squeeze with pliers and it is done... Couldn't have been any easier!

Good call, I didn't realize Memorial Day was right around the corner and they're always running killer deals with any of those major federal holidays!

Too bad I'll buy and put new tires on the Tacoma and then the wife gets to drive it around since I'll be gone all of June mountain warfare training in beautiful Bridgeport :pout:
