Looks like a professional install job. What steps did you take to safely remove the seats. And why did you decide to do it off the truck..

    None.. Yet....
I followed up on that truck. He has a TRD sport that he switched the hood on. It looked like a TRD OR with the hood.

Although, if you're upgrading the suspension the two are pretty much the same truck.

Starting to put together a car audio build soon. Speakers are in, components for front and coax in rear. Not going to be installing anytime soon, waiting for the sound deadener GB to kick off. Then have some more research to do in order to keep the stock HU. A few audio gurus on here, such as the Marv himself, are super helpful. Stay tuned ;) (see what I did there)image.jpg

My vinyl decals use a solvent-based "permanent" polyacrylate adhesive. "Permanent" means under all but the most extreme conditions. They can be removed with a little effort and no damage to the underlying surface.

    Yep…
    Vehicle:
Rock Bangen', Desert Tamin', Gold Findin' Machine!
It took three or four minutes to pull the seat and another 45 to install the cover. Another one minute to install the seat, and
    BAM! I have nice covers!

I ensured the ignition was off to disconnect the airbag and retorqued the bolts to 50 lb-ft. I decided on seat removal because I was concerned about the cinch string running over a sharp edge on the seat frame and I wanted to put my eyes on the seat bottom to look at string and strap placement. Also, my back doesn't like being stooped over leaning inside the truck for very long. A down side to seat removal is you lose leverage when pulling the covers down over the seatback. The seat wants to dance around, something that would not occur with the seat installed.

I'm stoked with my new covers! I think I'll go for a Sunday drive!

I installed Procomp Nitro Kit, got the alignment done, debadged all emblems except the TRD Sport/door vinyl, and had my friend paint my grill at his shop. I am very pleased with the outcome thus far!

I didn't build it hoping for your approval, I built it because it meets mine!
Looks great! I got my inspiration from other forum members here, we all fuel the fire!

Headlights look amazing as well, you're making me want to start on mine before I even have all my parts ready to go!
